Every claim on this site is meant to be verifiable. Where a claim has a boundary, we state the boundary.
We state what a build was asked to change — the decision it should make easier, the number it should move — before claiming anything about the result.
We say what supports a reading: the instrumentation, the baseline, the window. A result with no measurement behind it is an opinion.
